Please read this document carefully before using ong24's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein. These Terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ong24 platform via the website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
The ong24 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
Ong24 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the most recent update will be stated at the bottom of this page.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one ong24 account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must not share it with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is deemed to be your own. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the ong24 support team immediately at [email protected].
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
- Sharing or transferring your account to a third party.
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to access the platform.
- Engaging in any action that may compromise the integrity or security of the ong24 platform.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the ong24 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers via the FPX system, supported local e-wallets, and other methods that may be added from time to time at ong24's discretion.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. ong24 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or e-wallet providers.
To withdraw funds, users are required to verify their identity in accordance with the prescribed verification procedure. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the verified user's name. ong24 reserves the right to place a hold on suspicious withdrawals pending investigation, in line with applicable anti-money laundering procedures.
Any transaction fees charged by third-party financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the user. ong24 does not impose hidden charges on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions.
Limitation of Liability & Account Suspension Policy
Ong24 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ong24 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform.
Ong24 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- User found to be in violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity is detected.
- User provided false information during registration or identity verification.
- User found to be abusing bonuses, promotions, or platform mechanics unfairly.
- Upon instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
In the event of account closure due to a violation, any legitimate remaining balance will be processed subject to a case-by-case assessment by the ong24 team. ong24's decision in such matters is final.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
All content on the ong24 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface designs, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of ong24 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ong24.
The ong24 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and ong24 does not endorse, nor accept any responsibility or liability for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access these links entirely at their own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted to the extent possible to reflect the original intent, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
